Butterfly Pea Tea

Butterfly Pea Tea symbolizes transformation and clarity. Just as the tea changes color when ingredients are added, our lives shift and grow as we reflect on who we are and who we want to become. Taking time to write about your strengths, goals, and values can help you see yourself more clearly.

Confidence develops slowly through self-awareness, gratitude, and honest reflection. By recognizing what makes you unique and acknowledging the progress you have already made, you begin to build a stronger sense of self.

Use these prompts to explore your strengths, imagine your future, and identify the values that guide your life. Reflection helps reveal the confidence that already exists within you.

Reflection Guide

1. How confident are you about yourself (0–10)?

I would say about a 6. I know I have strengths and abilities, but there are still areas where I doubt myself. I think my confidence grows when I remind myself of what I have already accomplished.

2. What about yourself makes you confident?

I feel confident about my ability to solve problems and keep going even when things get difficult. I also believe I am a caring person who tries to help others.

3. How do you see yourself improving?

I would like to improve my patience and my ability to focus on one thing at a time. I also want to become more confident when making decisions.

4. What are you grateful for?

I am grateful for my family, the opportunities I have had in life, and the lessons I have learned through challenges.

I try to say thank you to people and let them know when I appreciate them. I also try to remind myself not to take small blessings for granted.

Sometimes I do, especially when I feel overwhelmed or stressed. Writing things down and keeping a routine helps me remember important things.
