I would remind myself that I keep trying even when things feel difficult, and that persistence is something to be proud of.

Sometimes I am, but other times I hold myself to unrealistic expectations. I’m learning to be more patient with myself.

I will take breaks when needed and remind myself that it’s okay not to solve everything at once.
