My body would probably ask me to slow down and rest more. I push through fatigue often, and I think my body wants more balance between work and recovery.

I often think about responsibilities and whether I am doing enough. Sometimes my mind replays conversations or worries about the future.

3. Who has changed your life for the better? Why?

My mother has influenced my life greatly. She has shown me patience, strength, and how to keep moving forward even when life becomes difficult.

Family traditions and meaningful conversations are important to me. They remind me that relationships matter more than material things.

5. What foods do you turn to for comfort?

I tend to enjoy warm drinks like tea or coffee and simple comforting meals. They help create a sense of calm.

6. Where is a destination you want to travel? What would you do there?

I would love to visit somewhere peaceful with nature and quiet scenery where I could relax, write, and think.

7. What is a challenge that you have overcome?

I have learned to continue moving forward despite difficult health challenges and setbacks.”

I hope people remember me as someone who tried to help others, who cared deeply, and who kept going even when things were hard.

I am proud of my ability to write and communicate ideas that help people reflect on their lives.
